The starting point in any coaching is an assessment of your strengths, where you want to go and what challenges you are currently facing. Together we design an intensive process to increase self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your organizational context. Coaching will focus on your values, talents, motivation, ambitions and potential barriers to determine what is most important in terms of personal and professional life.
Coaching goals can be defined with the help of insights from personality profiles and/or 360 feedback surveys increasing perceptions of you and your situation. The objective is helping leaders to “get up on the balcony” of their current challenges and see with fresh eyes to find creative solutions.
My coaching style is a balance of support and challenge. I focus on building a trustful relationship to explore deeper questions. Inviting people to explore the not-yet-known is essential to my way of working.
An individual coaching program can typically run for 6-9 months but depends on the objectives, as to whether they are short or long term. It is recommended to meet at least once a month to ensure continuity and follow-up on development objectives.
